| 摘 要： | TBM引入中国已有十几年,笔者亲历了几个隧道工程施工全过程.反思设备设计、选型和维护使用出现的误区,例如掘进机刀盘对岩石的适应性估计不到位,导致刀盘磨损严重;主机性能应与后配套正确匹配;整机散热应与隧道通风携带热量保持平衡;主轴承使用的关键是保持良好的润滑周边条件等.就这些现象与问题提出一些解决思路和对策,可供同行参考...

| Abstract: | The TBM was first imported into China more than ten years ago and has been used ever since.I myself have witnessed or experienced the whole process of the construction of several tunnels.Reflecting on our past misunderstanding of its equipment design and our errors in its type selection and maintenance when we used it,such as the estimation of the adaptation of the cutter to the rock being improper,which resulted in the unnecessary significant wear of the cutter,the performance of the host not matching that of the subsequently fit devices,the thermal dissipation of the complete appliance and the total heat of the tunnel ventilation not being kept balanced.The key to the proper use of the main bearing lies in its being well lubricated.Aiming at solving all these problems,we put forward some solutions and strategies for the reference of the people of the same trade. |
