大吨位预应力混凝土箱梁跨密集型铁路多点原位顶推施工技术

摘    要:石环公路307国道东互通立交桥主桥跨度102 m,采用小竖曲线、宽截面、大吨位的预应力混凝土箱梁.由于该桥跨越繁忙铁路,采用顶推法施工,阐述了顶推施工的总体布置及方案比选,其中采用四滑道、多点原位顶推的技术很好地解决了对铁路运输的干扰问题,为今后类似的工程施工提供了借鉴.

Abstract:The spanning distance of the main bridge of the east interchange overpass of National Highway 307 is 102m,which uses the small vertical curve,wide cross-section and large-tonnage pre-stressed concrete box girders.Owing to the fact that the bridge has to span a busy railway,the incremental launching construction method is applied to the construction of it.The overall layout and the choice of different schemes of the incremental launching construction are dealt with in detail in the paper,in which case the use of the four slide tracks,and the multi-point incremental launching in situ all help solve the problem of the interference with the railway transport.The project may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar projects in the future.
