某越野军车悬置元件设计与试验验证

摘    要:以某越野军车橡胶悬置元件的三向刚度为设计内容,先使用经验公式,计算出符合产品所要求的三向刚度的橡胶体的基本尺寸,用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对初步设计出来的橡胶体的三向刚度进行仿真计算,最后对生产出来的悬置元件在MTS弹性体试验台上进行试验验证,证实了经验公式和有限元分析计算的正确性,对于缩短产品生产周期具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The three dimensional static stiffness of a rubber mount is designed for a military off-road vehicle in this paper.The three dimensional static stiffness of the mount,whose basic size is designed initially by using empirical equation,is simulated by using ABAQUS.At last,the mount part is tested in the MTS Elastomer Testing System.The results demonstrate the validity of the empirical equation and the FEM,which has great significance in making the produce circle short.
