| 摘 要： | 应用机会约束规划的方法研究了空箱需求是随机数下的海上空集装箱调运优化问题。论文模型以空箱调运费用和租箱费用最省为目标函数,约束条件包括满足空箱需求、装船时间限制、空箱供给能力限制、空箱存储能力限制以及运输能力限制和运输时间限制等。应用概率分布函数将随机约束转化为确定性约束,从而将随机规划转化为确定性规划模型。运算结果表明本文模型可以有效降低空箱调运费用。
