摘    要:建立智能交通系统(ITS)是解决当前交通问题的关键,以欧洲、美国、日本为代表的发达国家在ITS方面取得了巨大成果,近年来,我国政府部门和研究人员也对此非常重视,并开展了大量的工作,但还只是处于探索阶段。在介绍国外ITS研究的基础上,以系统工程的方法对智能交通系统进行分析,提出了智能交通系统的体系结构,就国内的实际情况提出了实现的方法以及解决问题的思路,采用数据挖掘及人工智能等技术,对交通系统和突发事件提出优化方案,为决策者提供决策支持,实现交通系统的高效、稳定与可控。

Abstract:It is important to construct intelligence transport system to solve current traffic problems. In some developed countries, such as America, Japan, and some countries in Europe, tremendous progress has been made in ITS field. We can’t deny the research of ITS is still initial even our government and many scientists pay much attention in this field, and do a lot of work in recent years. The system architecture is presented on the basis of international ITS research. The author analyzes the traffic system with system engineering methods,and provides the operable measures based upon the national situation. The system can bring forward the best scheme with the technology of data mining and artificial intelligence to control the traffic system and sudden affair,and assist the decision-maker. With the mature process of ITS, the traffic system will become a efficient, steady, controllable system.
