摘    要:近年来,TRD等厚度水泥土搅拌墙施工工艺作为一种基坑围护新技术,应用越来越广泛,但同时遇到的挑战也越来越大,尤其是遇到了复杂地质、超深等情况,该工艺施工难度会大大增加。以南京地区某工地为例,重点介绍了针对62 m超深、穿越砾石层的TRD施工工艺和关键施工技术,为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:In recent years, the TRD thickness soil cement mixing wall construction technology as a new technology of foundation pit enclosure is more and more widely applied. But the challenges at the same time are also more and more big, especially in the complex geological and ultra-deep situations. The technology will be much more difficult to construct. Taking a construction site in Nanjing as an example, the 62-m ultra-deep TRD construction technology and key construction technology crossing gravel layer are specially introduced. It can provide the reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
