| Abstract: | We put forward the plan of"Thirteen Cities & Thousand Units"in three years on the foundation of the influence brought by 863"Great Events of EV"formulated by the Ministry of Science and Technology.In the early of this year,our government issued financial subsidies,which will be an impulse for domestic new energy vehicle development. |
