| 摘 要： | 人为因素是船舶碰撞事故频发的重要原因。作者从船舶碰撞事故的原因入手，重点探讨了人为因素对安全的影响，提出了减少船舶碰撞事故中人为失误的对策，所提建议具有较强的可操作性和实际参考价值。
