| 摘 要： | 在一定假设的基础上，以采用购买新船和租船采扩大船队规模的我国油运公司远洋船队为研究对象，以规划期内成本最小为优化目标建立动态规划模型．通过模型的末解得出最优的发展蓑略，即每年购买船舶、租用船舶的具体策略；然后给出一个算例，通过求解得出了规划期内船队发展的最优策略；最后对模型进行了评价。

| Abstract: | It is on the assumption that the oil tanker transportation company in our country purchases and rents new ships in order to widen the fleet scale, then it builds a dynamic planning model based on the minimum cost on a given period and finally through the analysis it arrives at an optimum development strategy. The model has been assessed accordingly. |
