摘    要:针对目前现场要对使用中的减速顶的各项技术参数进行检测的需求,特研制出一种高精度减速顶动态综合测试台。它能够检测减速顶的制劝功、阻力功、临界速度、最大反力、回程时间,从而可以判断使用中或维修后的减速顶的性能优劣,使减速顶的各项技术参数能保持出厂时的技术指标,从而减少车辆冲撞事故的发生,对铁路运输安全有着重要意义。

Abstract:Aim at the requirement of test various technical parameter of retarders which used at present, we research and manufacture a high precision dynamic integrated test platform of retarders, it can measure the brake energy, idle resistance energy, critical speed, most vertical reverse force, time of return stroke, thereby we can estimate the capability stand or fall of retarders which in used or be maintained, and make its various technical parameters keep the indexes when it leave factory.
