摘    要:新开发成功一种不锈钢焊接中空螺旋桨,其性能与传统的铸造铜质桨相当,兼具环保和耐用性的优势。文中详细论述了该类桨的结构特征和制作工艺,并给出了其强度计算方法。计算实例也表明,该类桨的强度可以达到规范的要求,是值得推广的一种螺旋桨制造方法。

Abstract:A welded stainless steel propeller with hollow structure has been developed. Its performance is equivalent to the traditional casting copper propeller, and has advantages of environmental protection and durability. The paper describes in detail the structure feature and the manufacture process, and proposes the strength calculation method. The calculation results show that the strength of the propeller of this kind can meet the requirements of the rules, and its manufacture method can be promoted.
