| 摘 要： | 本文从高校学生工作的实际出发,从信息传递的五个环节人手,运用问卷调查法对学生常规管理信息在传递过程中常见问题及成因进行了系统分析。并在此基础上从完善体系、渠道建设、增强意识,提高技巧等几个方面提出了改进对策。

| Abstract: | According to the realistic situation of college students management, this essay starts with the five steps of message sending, and makes systematic analysis on commonproblems existing in message sending and the causes, based on which this essay then puts forwards strategies of improving the system, building channels, strengthening knowledge and promoting skills, so as to deal with the problems and improve message sending efficiency. |
