区域高等职业教育资源共享机制研究

通过高职教育资源的共享提升高职教育的水平，是实现区域高职教育协调发展的重要途径。各相关方利益的平衡与保障通过有效的共享机制得以实现。其中，高职教育资源的合理定价是资源共享的基础，我们可以借鉴一般商品的定价方法对各种资源的价值与价格进行估算；在交易行为中，对交易主体、交易方式和结算方式加以厘清有助于我们深入探究交易的路径和方法，具体选择哪种路径取决于标的物本身的特征，相互关系和交易成本的高低；政府应该主动介入，积极推动，建立区域高职教育资源共享的组织机构，监管和调节交易过程，保证各方利益的实现，同时降低交易费用。

Research on Regional Resource Sharing System of Higher Vocational Education

To improve higher education level through resources sharing system is an important way for balanced development of higher education in a region. Benefits of all parts can be guaranteed and balanced through effective resource sharing system, which is based on reasonable pricing. Resources can be valued and priced by the pricing method for normal commodity; trading subject, trading way and settlement should be sorted to explore trade methods which are selected according to characteristics of the subject matters, relations and trading costs; government should actively promote resource sharing system and establish organization for regional resource sharing of higher education, supervises and coordinates the trading process to guarantee benefits of all parts and control trading costs.
