| Abstract: | Government supervision and management mechanism for construction quality constitutes relationship restricting each other between market key factors. Sound legal system is a foundation of market movement. Developed information system for construction quality supervision is mean for effectively moving mechanism. Perfect institution of supervision and management is premise of regulating action. Sound moving of cycling restriction mechanism for inside and outside supervisory organization is motive power to improve sound development of market competition. |
