摘    要:针对橡胶沥青的路用性能及其影响因素,通过室内试验研究了胶粉类型、胶粉掺量、基质沥青类型、拌和温度等对橡胶沥青高温、低温和抗老化性能等的影响。试验结果表明:添加胶粉后,沥青的高温、低温及抗疲劳性能均有不同程度的改善。其中,20目胶粉改性沥青的高温性能优于40目和360目胶粉改性沥青,三者低温以及抗疲劳性能比较接近;对于中海油(泰州)AH-70基质沥青而言,当采用20目货车轮胎胶粉改性时,最佳掺量为16%~18%.

Abstract:Aimed at the road performance and its influential factors of rubber asphalt, the effects of powder type and amount, asphalt type and mixing temperature on the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and anti-aging property were researched by laboratory experiments. The results show that the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and anti-fatigue performance of asphalt are improved, and the high temperature performance of the asphalt modified by 20 mesh rubber power is better than those modified by 40 and 60 mesh rubber, and the anti-fatigue property and low temperature performance of three kinds of rubber asphalt are relatively close. For CNOOC (Taizhou) AH-70 asphalt, which is modified by 20 mesh truck tire rubber, the optimal dosage is 16%-18%.
