路面加速加载数据采集系统的设计

摘    要:以自行研制的路面加速加载试验设备为研究对象,对该样机的数据采集系统进行了分析和研究。将CAN总线技术应用于该样机,构成分布式数据采集系统.对各参数多节点采集。试验过程中采用了国产便携式称重仪和该数据采集系统分别对轮胎对地压力进行实时采集,结果表明:基于CAN总线技术的路面加速加载设备数据采集系统操作简单,测量精度高。

Abstract:By taking a self-developed pavement accelerated loading device as the research object, the data acquisition system of the prototype was studied. The CAN bus technology was incorporated into the prototype to build a distributive data acquisition system, which collected data of parameters from multiple nodes. A homemade portable weighing instrument and the system were adopted to collect pressure data from tires during the test. The results show that the data acquisition system for pavement accelerated loading device is handy and accurate.
