| 摘 要： | 基于铣刨机在装配调试过程中出现的水箱渗水现象，结合水箱的结构形式与特点，对水箱渗水处的缺陷加以分析，阐述了缺陷裂纹产生的原因，并制定出合理的修补措施，成功地修复了铣刨机水箱，保证了铣刨机产品的顺利出产．该成功经验可为其他铣刨机厂家提供参考．

| Abstract: | Aimed at the seepage phenomenon of water tank of miling machine during the assembling and debugging process,the flaw of seepage spot is analyzed in combination with the structure and characteristics of water tank.The causes of the cracks are expounded,and reasonable repair measure is made,with which the water tank is successfully repaired and the in time launch of the milling machine is guaranteed.The experience can be referred to by other milling machine manufacturers. |
