混凝土泵车臂架系统容差设计

摘    要:应用综合评判方法对混凝土泵车臂架系统进行容差设计,较好地协调了臂架系统质量与制造成本之间的关系.以最低的制造成本获得高质量的臂架系统,增大了混凝土泵车的利润空间。同时通过实例验证了该方法的正确性和工程实用价值。

Abstract:Tolerance design for the boom system of concrete pump truck was done by comprehensive judgment method, which harmonized the relationship between quality and cost of boom system, so the boom system with low cost and good quality could be gained and the profit of concrete pump truck was enlarged. The validity and practical value of this method are validated by examples.
