| 摘 要： | 文章通过对持续低迷的船舶市场影响下的船厂在承接海洋工程修造项目中,常见风险点的梳理、分析,结合有关法律规定和实务操作经验,从理论与实践的结合上,提出了防范该风险的措施和应注意的问题,对船厂在今后接单、签约、履约时有一定的参考和借鉴作用。

Legal risk and its prevention for undertaking oceaning engineering building projects |

| Abstract: | Based on the shipbuilding market downturn which influences the shipyards in their undertaking o- ceaning engineering building projects, the common risks are analysed, combined with the relevant legal provisions and practical experiences. By combination of theory and practice, some measures against the risks are put forward togather with the problems to be paid attention to, which can be reference for the future orders, signing and per- formance. |
