重型车辆AMT换挡过程控制方法研究

摘    要:在分析了同步器式机械变速器换挡过程的基础上,结合电控液压式AMT换挡操纵机构的工作原理,提出换挡过程的控制策略.它基于对液压系统的高速开关电磁阀的脉宽调制控制,实现了换挡过程的准确控制.通过台架试验,得到了电磁阀控制占空比与换挡力的关系.最后通过实车试验,证实了换挡控制策略的实用性.

Abstract:On the base of analysis on the shifting process of mechanical synchromesh transmission and combined with the working principle of shifting mechanism of electro-hydraulic AMT,a control strategy for gear shifting is proposed,i.e.the accurate control of shifting process is realized based on the pulse width modulation(PWM)control for high speed on-off solenoid valve in hydraulic system.The relation between the duty cycles of solenoid valve control and the shifting force is established by bench test.Finally real...
