摘    要:针对CJ46自升式平台总体布置中通道不合理、生活楼薄板变形、作业效率不高、适用性不强等问题分析原因,结合规范法规要求,综合优化制定相应的解决方案,重点对脱险通道、泥浆池、钻台面、生活楼、飞机平台和潜水泵塔等关键区域进行综合优化改进,提高了钻井作业的效率和适用性,大幅提升了市场竞争力,亦可为其他类型的自升式钻井平台设计提供参考。

Abstract:Jack-up drilling unit is the main force to explore and develop oil and gas at continental shelf, especially suit for South China Sea. China Merchants Heavy Industry Co.Ltd.(CMHI) has successfully designed and built 19 CJ46 jack-up drilling units until 2017. CMHI gained rich experiences and became to the largest CJ46 builder all over the world. This article analyzing the main problems for general arrangement of CJ46, such as inconvenient route, thin plate distortion on living quarters, low operation efficiency, weak applicability etc., complying with Rules and Regulations, applying necessary measures to solve the problems. Continuous optimizing the design, emphasis on escape route, mud pits, drilling floor, living quarters, helideck, row water tower and other important areas. Increase drilling operation performance and applicability. Observably promote the competitiveness. Also provide reference for other types of jack-up drilling unit in design.
