| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the investment evolution for the Su-Huai railway resulting from different designers in different design phases and combined with the positioning and functions of various historical periods and the revisions of design specifications of all railway disciplines and estimate making methodology,this article justifies the rationality of the investment evolution based on the analysis of two main aspects of the variation of main technical standards and the increase and reduction of engineering contents. |
