摘    要:既有客运专线枢纽行调台管辖情况比较复杂,为满足兰州至中川机场线的开通需要,增设城际枢纽行调台。从CTC调度中心设备设置方案、临时限速服务器(TSRS)、安全数据网、与其他配套专业对接设计以及调度中心的过渡方案等方面对增设城际枢纽行调台引起的信号相关设计方案进行系统研究,提出合理的解决方案,为机场线的开通奠定了基础,也为类似工程的信号设计提供参考。

Abstract:Because the existing train operation dispatching platform of dedicated passenger railway terminal is complicated in management,an intercity hub dispatching platform is added to meet the needs of the opening of the Lanzhou ~ Zhongchuan airport railway line. The design schemes related to signal are systematically studied and solutions are proposed in perspective of CTC( Centralized Traffic Control System) dispatching center,TSRS( Temporary Speed Restriction Sever),safety data network,associated professional interface design and the transitional program of the dispatching center,which lays a solid foundation for the opening of the airport line and provides references for signal design of similar projects.
