地铁车站蒸发冷却空调机组性能的试验研究

摘    要:详细分析有机填料、无机填料和金属填料的各项物理性能,比选得出不锈钢金属填料更适合地铁工程项目使用。通过实验测试确定出地铁用不锈钢填料的最佳迎面风速和淋水密度,并对地铁车站蒸发冷却空调机组热工性能检测测试,结果表明:相同厚度的填料层采用分段布置热工性能明显优于填料层整体布置的结构布置方式。

Abstract:After intensive analysis and comparison of the physical properties of organic,inorganic and metal fillers,stainless steel is proved to be the most suitable one for metro project. The optimum air velocity and spray intensity of stainless steel are determined by tests and the thermal performance of the evaporative cooling air handling unit is also tested. The results show that the filler layer of same thickness arranged in sections has better thermal performance than that arranged in whole.
