摘    要:以NiSO4和KBH4为原料采用液相还原法制备纳米非晶Ni-B合金粉体,经XRDI、CP和EDXS检测反应产物确为非晶纳米镍基粉体,通过TEM检测粉体粒径为50~100nm。在制备过程中聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为反应产物的保护剂,红外光谱(IR)证实了PVP的存在。

Abstract:Amorphous nanometer Ni-B powder was prepared by the method of reduction in aqueous solution at room temperature using NiSO4 and KBH4 as raw materials.The sample was charactered by XRD,EDXS,ICP and TEM.The result shows that the sample Amorphous nanometer Ni-B powder and distribution of particle size is 50~100 nm.PVP(PolyVinylPyrrolidone) was increased to protecting agent in the experimentation,and the PVP was found by IR.
