行星机构杠杆模拟法

摘    要:针对数学解析法分析行星机构比较抽象、难以直观理解的问题,提出一种新的分析方法——杠杆法,即把行星机构转换成杠杆系来进行分析;并以工程机械行星变速器为例说明如何应用杠杆法进行传动方案分析,结果证明杠杆法适用于任何行星机构,且更加直观、简单。

Abstract:Because that mathematics analysis method is very abstract and difficult to understand in analyzing planetary mechanism, a new method, the lever analogy was put forward, which meant transforming planetary mechanism into lever system to analyze. Taken planetary transmission for construction machinery as an example, the transmission scheme was analyzed by lever analogy. The result shows that lever analogy method can be applied in any planetary mechanism, and is more visual and simple.
