Selective methods of collaborative manufacturing strategic partners among enterprises based on genetic algorithm

Collaborative manufacturing is a kind of sustainable production mode that can respond market rapidly, and it has been a necessary trend of manufacturing development in 21st century. In order to share the manufacture resources and optimize collocation in current manufacture environment, this paper introduced the concept of collaborative manufacturing among enterprises, and discussed the distribution of collaborative manufacturing assignments and the discovery of resources. Furthermore, it analyzed the strategy and running mode of collaborative manufacturing and selection of strategic partners. Comparing advantages and disadvantages of several algorithms, it gave an applied example. Argument and optimization were carried out based on genetic algorithm, and some conclusions were gotten.
