| 摘 要： | 机车与司机报单库数据管理信息系统实现铁路局、铁路分局二级机关对机车统计信息的管理,完成机务段列车运行监控记录装置(俗称黑匣子)的信息采集和上报,在分局和路局建立原始信息库,并生成机报1-机报9,系统的建成有着广泛的应用前景.
