一种减少涡轮压缩机中高速永磁机损耗的设计方法

摘    要:讨论了一种减少涡轮压缩机中高速永磁机损耗的设计方法,尤其强调了转子支撑套材料选择的影响。选择了两种拓扑结构的高速永磁机:转子支撑套材料为铬镍铁合金的高速永磁机和转子支撑套材料为碳纤维或环氧酯的高速永磁机,运用二维有限元法和分析场分析法比较了两种不同高速永磁机计算所得的转子损耗值。结果表明,在转子损耗值方面,转子支撑套材料为碳纤维或环氧酯的高速永磁机要优于铬镍铁合金型高速永磁机。

Design Method of Reducing Loss in High-speed Permanent Magnet Machine of Turbine Compressor
Abstract:A method of reducing loss in high-speed permanent magnet machine of turbine compressor was discussed. Influence of choice of rotor supporting sleeve material was emphasized. Two kinds of topologically structural high-speed permanent magnet machine were chosen, they are high-speed permanent magnet machine with rotor supporting sleeve material of Inconel and carbon fibre or epoxy ester respectively. Loss of rotor is calculated by two-dimensional finite element method and field analysis method. The result shows that loss of rotor supporting sleeve material of carbon fibre or epoxy ester is less than that of rotor supporting sleeve material of Inconel.
