摘    要:半潜平台总体强度分析中,全面考查对平台最不利的波浪工况对其安全性非常重要。根据规范和相关研究成果,同时结合对半潜平台结构特性的分析,得到一系列危险波浪载荷工况,采用设计波谱分析方法对目标平台进行水动力载荷预报和结构响应计算。结果表明目标平台的最危险控制工况是使平台产生横剖面最大水平扭转的斜浪工况,且该工况在规范推荐考察的工况之外,研究成果可为类似平台的总体强度分析提供参考。

Study on Characteristic Wave Cases in the Global Strength Analysis of A Semi-submersible Platform

Abstract:It is very important for the structural safety to consider the most dangerous wave case in the global strength assessment of a semi-submersible platform. According to the rules and the related research results, some dangerous wave load cases are proposed with analyzing the structural properties of semi-submersible platform. Spectral analysis method is used in the hydrodynamic loads calculation of aimed platform and then stress level of platform is obtained through structural analysis. The results show that the diagonal wave case generating the maximum twisting moment about the transverse section of the platform is the most critical load case and is beyond the load cases recommended by the rules, the conclusions will helpful for similar deepwater semi-submersible platform.
