船用柴油机配气机构动力学分析及滚轮改进设计

摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术,利用内燃机动力学专业软件Virtual Engine建立某船用柴油机配气机构的动力学模型。应用离散化的柔体动力学模型进行运动学和动力学仿真计算,分析了配气机构在不同工况下的动力学特性,并对滚轮进行改进设计。分析结果表明:该配气机构动力学特性良好,滚轮改进设计后接触应力有所降低,可靠性得到了提高。

Abstract:On the basis of dummy prototype technology, the dynamics model of valve train system of a marine diesel engine is established by the use of Virtual Engine software. By the use of discrete flexible dynamics model, the simulative calculations on kinematics and dynamics characteristics of valve train system are carried out, and the dynamic performance of valve train system has been evaluated. After simulation, some techniques are used to improve the design of the roller tappet. The simulated results show that the dynamic performances of the valve train system are good. The contact stress of the improved roller tappet is lower than the original and the reliability of the roller tappet is improved.
