| 摘 要： | “三农”问题一直是社会关注的焦点,虽然税费改革在一定程度上减轻了农民负担,但农民增收难,增收慢的问题一直没得到解决.结合江西省农民收入分配现状,分析财政支农政策存在的诸多问题及其对农民收入的影响,并提出若干财税政策建议.

| Abstract: | Although the reform in tax and fee in rural areas lightens the burdens of farmers to some extent,the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always being the focus of the society.It is remained a problem to increase farmers' income.Combined with the distribution of income of farmers in Jiangxi province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the agriculture-assisting fiscal policy the its influence on farmers'earning,and put forward some policy suggestions. |
