柴油机进气迟闭角调整的数值模拟

摘    要:将进气迟闭角调整到最佳,可以使得在一个行程内进更多的气,在改善柴油机的进气性能的同时,提高柴油机的整体性能.通过在4110柴油机上实验,获得所需要加载的边界条件,利用CFD软件FLUENT建立模型,并模拟进气过程,得到进气迟闭角对充气效率的影响关系.

Numerical Simulation of the Intake Delayed Angles Adjustment in 4110 Diesel Engine

Abstract:Optimizing the intake delayed angles can gain more gas in one stoke,in order to improve diesel engine's intake performance and to enhance diesel engine's overall performance.Through the experiment in a 4110 diesel engine,the data of boundary condition was gotten.A model was set up in FLUENT to simulate the intake process,which obtained the efficiency influence relations of the intake delayed angels to the volumetric efficiency.
