| Abstract: | To reasonably plan land resources,coordinate and unify the development of port and city,a dynamic and flexible planning method is proposed for the land use of port and city from the aspect of long-term development.The borderland between port and city is firstly defined,complete with the quantitative analytical method of its spatial scope.The land width analytical model is established based on GA-BP algorithm,and then the spatial scope analytical model for the above borderland is built further in order to determine the spatial scope of the borderland in the rear of harbor.Finally,one container berth in East China is studied,which verifies the applicability and advantages of GA-BP model in land width prediction,and produces the specific planning suggestions. |
