| Abstract: | The safety early-warning system and emergency system was constructed for the oil port storage and transportation.The system includes three aspects:the model of early-warning,the predicting model of accidents and the establishment of emergency system.By applying to specific oil port,the integrated design of the early-warning model had been completed. |
