| 摘 要： | 根据多年维修保养沥青混凝土摊铺机所积累的经验，以ABG423沥青混凝土摊铺机和S1800沥青混凝土摊铺机为例，对摊铺机液压系统常见的液压油过热、螺旋布料器不能正常工作、熨平板提升困难、摊铺机跑偏或不行走和料斗不能正常合拢等故障进行了分析，并从若干方面提出排除方法和维修保养注意事项，对以后机械类似故障的维修具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | According to a many-year experience on maintenance of asphalt concrete paver, common faults of hydraulic system of paver that hydraulic oil is overheated, spiral distributor doesn＇ t work, ironing board is hard to raise, the paver is off-tracking or doesn＇ t move, and the hopper can＇ t close normally, are analyzed by taking ABG423 and $1800 as examples. Measures for trouble-shooting and precaution for maintenance are presented in several aspects, which provides reference for maintenance of similar faults. |
