摘 要: | 研究了在整车开发前期,通过油泥模型在气动风洞中测试前端模块的风速来标定热管理CFD模型的方法,分解了测试流程和标定方法,使标定后的模型与试验一致性较好。利用标定后的模型可以在项目开发早期提升热管理机舱内流分析准确度,使发动机舱内流场的优化做到空气动力学性能和热管理性能的最佳平衡。

Accuracy Improvement of CFD Analysis of Vehicle Thermal Management Based on Pneumatic Wind Tunnel Test |

Abstract: | A calibration method for the thermal management CFD model is proposed. The wind speed of
the front-end cooling module is measured in the pneumatic wind tunnel test by using the vehicle clay model in the early stage of vehicle development. The testing process and the calibration method are analyzed and the calibrated model produces results well consistent with the test data. The calibrated model can improve the accuracy of engine cabin flow calculations in the early stage of vehicle development and achieve an optimal balance between the aerodynamics and thermal management performance. |
