| 摘 要： | 汽车在空调开关过程中,特别是在发动机转速升速过程中开关空调,容易产生嘶嘶声。从结构和原理上分析了嘶嘶声产生的原因,通过试验找到嘶嘶声产生的根源,并通过针对供热通风与空气调节系统(Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning,HVAC)和热力膨胀阀(Thermal Expansion Valve,TXV)的一些措施降低了车内的嘶嘶声,从而为车辆空调系统的NVH设计提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The hissing noise is produced when the air conditioning system is turned on/off, especially during the engine speed-up. Based on the structural analysis, theoretical principles and experimental studies, the noise sources are identified. The hissing noise is reduced by modifying the HVAC unit and TXV. The results can benefit the HVAC design and vehicle NVH performance development. |
