大数据发展现状与未来趋势

在国家大数据战略背景下，为帮助提升对大数据的正确认知，以及用大数据思维认识和解决问题的基本素质和能力，积极防范大数据带来的新风险，构筑大数据时代国家综合竞争新优势，首先回顾了大数据的发端、发展和现状，研判了大数据的未来趋势，然后简述了我国大数据发展的态势，最后分享了对信息化新阶段和数字经济的认识，以及对我国发展大数据的若干思考和建议，包括：（1）大力发展行业大数据应用；（2）建立系统全面的大数据治理体系；（3）以开源为基础构建自主可控的大数据产业生态；（4）积极推动国际合作并筹划布局跨国数据共享机制；（5）未雨绸缪，防范大数据发展可能带来的新风险。

Current Situation and Future Trends of Dig Data Development

Under the background of the national strategy of big data, the objectives of the paper were to contribute to promoting the correct perceptions of big data, as well as the basic qualities and abilities of cognizing and solving problems using big data thought, positively avoiding the new risk brought by big data, and constructing the new advantage of national comprehensive competitive power in the era of big data. Firstly, the initiation, progress and status quo of big data was reviewed, meanwhile its future trend was predicted. Secondly, the development trend of big data in China was briefly covered. Lastly, the author shared his understanding of the new stage of informatization and digital economy, as well as his thoughts and advices about developing big data in China, including: (1) to strive to develop the application of industrial big data; (2) to establish a systemic and comprehensive governance system of big data; (3) to build independently controllable industrial ecology of big data based on open source; (4) to positively promote international cooperation, plan and arrange transnational data sharing mechanism; (5) to take precautions against the new risk possibly brought by big data.
