芜湖长江大桥整体节点焊接残余应力的研究

摘    要:采用盲孔法来研究焊接整体节点的残余应力,结果表明:44mm板等厚截面对接所引起的残余应力数值最大,为266.8MPa,采用一薄一厚的截面对接,即节省了材料,又减少了残余应力峰值。

Abstract:Welding residual stresses in the integrative linking part of Yangzi river bridge were investigated by using the hole-drilling strain-gage method. The maximum residual stress We found in the butt weld joint of 44 mm thick plate. The value of welding residual stress is lowered by using the 33mm thenner plate weld to the 44 mm thick plate. The weld beam immediately after welding remarkably decreases the welding residula stress. It is useful to raise the fatigue strength of the integrative linking part to hammer.
