消费者情感体验的心理分析

摘    要:消费者情感体验指消费者经历的感觉、情绪、心境.消费者情感体验是影响消费者行为的重要冈素,对消费者情感体验的研究是制定情感体验营销策略的基础.本文从动机、个性、态度、沟通、决策、满意与忠诚这几个方面对消费者的情感体验进行了心理分析.

Abstract:The term affect experience is used to describe the feelings,emotions,and moods experienced by consumers.Consumer affect experience is an important factor that influences consumer behavior,and the psychology analysis of consumer affect experience is a foundation of affect experience marketing.This essay involves the study of consumer affect experience and its psychology analysis including motivation,personality,attitude,communication,satisfaction and loyalty.
