| 摘 要： | 经济增长是经济学界一直关注的热点问题,改革开放以来,经济增长已成为地区经济发展的主要评价指标.本文目的在于全面、客观、多视角地阐述影响经济增长的量化和非量化因素,从而测算出甘肃省经济增长的适度区间,并对我省1979-2004年经济增长质量进行综合评价,以确定经济发展的高质量期.

| Abstract: | The economic growth is a hot spot which is always paid more attention to by the economics circles.Since the reform and open policy,the economic growth has become the main appraisal target of a district's development.The quantum and nonquantum factors influenced the economic growth are elaborated from a comprehensive,objective and multi-angle view,thus to measure the moderate sector in which Gansu economy grows and to make an objective qppraisal of economic growth quality in our province from 1979 to 2004,so as to determine the high-quality period of the economic development. |
