汽车悬架系统磁流变减振器的数学模型及其试验研究

摘    要:基于磁流变减振器的汽车悬架系统具有明显的滞后非线性,系统中的非线性阻尼和非线性刚度等对其动力学行为产生了很大的影响。影响汽车平顺性的主要因素是车身的垂直振动。为了描述这种振动,建立了汽车悬架系统的力学模型及其动力学方程,并结合阻尼特性试验,利用不同的数学模型描述了磁流变减振器的非线性滞后特性和饱和特性。

Abstract:The automotive suspension system based on magnetic-rheology absorber has obvious lag non-linear,the non-linear damp and non-linear rigidity etc in the system have great effect on dynamics.The main factor which affecting automotive ride comfort is the vertical vibration of the body.In order to describe this kind of vibration,establish mechanics model and dynamics equation of automotive suspension system,and combine with the test of damp characteristics,and use different mathematic model to describe non-linear lag characteristics and saturation characteristics of magnetic-rheology absorber.
