区域ITS框架开发方法与实例研究

摘    要:介绍了智能交通系统(ITS)体系框架的概念,在阐述研究意义及背景的基础上,重点介绍了在北京市区域框架开发实践中探索的一套理论方法,即在广泛调研分析的基础上获得区域ITS发展的功能需求;将功能需求映射到国家框架,确定出ITS用户服务;引入美国国家ITS框架实施服务模块的概念,将ITS用户服务进一步分解到可实施的实施服务模块层次;借助框架辅助开发工具,确定物理实体及框架流,得到ITS的物理框架;结合物理框架,识别出北京市ITS标准需求;最后对开发实践进行了总结。

Abstract:On the basis of illustrating definition of ITS architecture and research background,authors mainly presented the methodology proposed in the development of Beijing regional architecture.Firstly,the functional needs were analyzed based on investigation results.Then,the functional needs were mapped to user services as defined by the Chinese architecture.Subsequently,the user services were converted to market packages described in the American architecture.Finally,the physical architecture composed of physical entities and architecture flows were developed and ITS standards were identified based on analyzing physical architecture.At the end of the paper,some conclusions were also drawn.
