摘    要:介绍了对二线城市地铁客流的特点,对影响地铁客流量的主要因素进行了分析,从线路规划、完善公交接驳、票价和票制方案、提高运营服务水平等方面提出了二线城市地铁吸引客流的措施。从地铁商业、地铁广告等方面介绍地铁增值业务,以增加地铁运营收入。

Abstract:The paper has analyzed passenger flow pattern in secondary city metro and the main factors to affect their passenger traffic volume. It puts forward some suggestions on how metro can attract passengers. Furthermore, it discusses the importance of attracting key passenger flows and the significance of increase value-added service generating metro operational revenue. The author has pointed out the necessary focus, level position and method in providing value-added services. It proposes some references to metros in secondary cities in a way of attracting passengers, increasing operation, and value-added service to generate revenues.
