摘    要:对深圳地铁2号线东延线轨行区移交时间滞后情况及工期进行了分析,提出调整工期策划及缩短工期措施。对工程特点及难点进行了分析,提出加强项目组织及技术措施,突出工程管理重点,加大协调力度,确保工期计划有效落实。

Abstract:The hand-over time delay and duration of tract section of East Extension on Shenzhen metro Line 2 are analyzed, planning and shortening the duration measures are proposed to adjust the work progress. Engineering characteristics and difficulties are analyzed, some strengthening the project organization and technical measures are put forward. Highlighting project managenlent focus, increasing coordination efforts, it is to ensure effective implementation of the duration plan.
