机电复合型轮机管理人才培养方案的研究与探索

摘    要:文章针对传统轮机员的船舶电气管理职业技能不足导致航运运营成本增加的现状。以现代船舶电气维护管理能力需求为出发点,从培养目标、知识能力素质构成以及课程组织等方面对原有人才培养方案进行改革,提出了机电复合型轮机管理人才培养方案,以提高在职轮机员和在校轮机管理专业学生的船舶电气管理职业技能,改变传统轮机员的"强机弱电"的职业技能结构。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem that marine electrical engineers’lack of expertise leads to the shipping operation cost increase, the paper points out that it is urgent to enhance managerial capability of marine electrical engineers, and reform the present training program in terms of training objectives, quality composition, and courses offer. In addition, the original training program is put forward to improve the professional skills of managerial staff and related majors concerned.
