观音岩长江大桥桥墩钢围堰起吊

摘    要:为顺利完成观音岩长江大桥10号墩首节钢围堰起吊,在拼装船上现场分片组装首节钢围堰,同时将起吊架安装在导向船上,用6组单层加强型贝雷梁作为起吊梁。起吊时采用四点起吊,并随时调整起吊卷扬机、八字缆和兜缆。工程实践表明:该起吊方案能够保证首节钢围堰起吊过程平稳,节约施工成本。

Abstract:In order to lift the first section of steel cofferdam for the 10th pier of Guanyinyan Yangtze River Bridge, the first section of steel cofferdam is piecewise assembled in the assembly site on board. At the same time, the hanger is installed in guided ship; six groups of single-layer reinforced Bailey beams are used as lifting beams. The first section of steel cofferdam is lifted using four-point lifting method, adjusting lifting hoist, eight-character cable and pocket cable at any time. Practice shows that the process is smooth, which can also save the cost.
