摘    要:自升式生产储油平台是当前海上油气生产的主力装备之一。文章从平台主流发电机组的配置模式、主发电机选型论证和电站配置方案论证等多个方面对双燃料电站配置方案的设计进行了研究。通过对各种方案的作业现实性、技术成熟性、成本经济性、设计合理性和稳定耐用性等多个方面进行对比和分析,得到了使用装配BI-FUEL系统的高速柴油机组电站的方案是最适合作业于南海北部湾边际油田或类似油田的自升式生产储油平台的结论。

Abstract:Jack-up production storage platform is one of main equipments in the ocean drilling ifeld. This paper carries out the investigation on the design of dual fuel power plant in arrangement mode of main generator set, selection and demonstration of main generator, demonstration of power plant arrangement scheme and so on. By comparison and analysis of operation feasibility, technology maturity, cost economy, design reasonability, stability and durability, it concludes that the high-speed diesel generator set with BI-FUEL system is most suitable for the jack-up production storage platform which is operated in the marginal oilifeld at the Northern Bay of South Sea or similar oilifelds.
