| Abstract: | When there were collision dangers among vessels,safe collision avoidance would be ensured by temporary anti-collision agreements among the vessels.The characteristics and legal status,the attitude of ,and the rules of some national court and administration for anti-collision agreements are discussed in the paper.In order to adapt electronic and nautical technology development,it is necessary to confirm the legal status of anti-collision agreement as soon as possible. |
